Deployment
- The timeline is confirmed during scoping based on your programs, volume and data source. Most aquatic centers are live in time for their next session.
- Stable internet access at the pool deck and compatible tablets or devices. The exact behaviour during unstable connectivity is validated with you during discovery.
- Swimo synchronizes participants, parents and registrations with Amilia, Sport-Plus, Qidigo and Activity Messenger. For other software, guided import brings available data into the platform quickly.
- The involvement asked of management is reasonable: initial scoping, validation of roles and programs, then occasional follow-up. Our team drives the technical and pedagogical steps.
- Yes. A 90-minute online session is included at launch. Teams also receive access to the Swimo Academy, video-conferences with a specialist and ongoing training webinars.

- Swimo follows Planitou’s governance and privacy policies, taking into account applicable requirements in the United States and across Canada.
