Welcome kit
Every new subscriber receives a free welcome kit by email with resources for staff, swim instructors, parents and participants who will interact with the platform.

Account activation
Our team activates your environment and confirms it is ready for use as soon as credentials are delivered. A 90-minute online session with a specialist is included for every new subscriber.

Video-conference training
We configure and personalize your Swimo with you live: account options, group structure, skill references and communication templates.

Data import or synchronization
Participants, parents and registrations are brought in using the agreed method: guided import through our tools or synchronization with your partner registration platforms (Amilia, Sport-Plus, Qidigo, Activity Messenger).

User account creation
Coordinator, instructor and manager accounts are created in the platform based on your roles and your sites.

User training
Your teams are trained through the Swimo Academy online, live video-conference sessions and ongoing webinars — all free for subscribers.

Access rollout and go-live
Access codes are delivered to internal users, parent and participant access is generated automatically when registrations are added, and our team stays available during launch.
